Limited technical data: Your WhatsApp account identifier (wa_id) and interaction time, solely to link your messages to your record in our systems. We do not collect your geographic location or request financial information through WhatsApp or the website.

Strict limits on automated replies:

• The system never provides a price or discount automatically, regardless of the conversation.
• The system never confirms an appointment or booking automatically. Our staff personally review every pricing or booking request before any confirmation.
• Any photo or video you send is referred directly to our staff for manual review.
• You can ask to speak directly with a member of our staff at any time.

WhatsApp conversations are stored in our internal systems solely to manage customer communications in an organized way. They are not used for unsolicited marketing.

Sharing Data with Third Parties

We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only with trusted service providers that help run our systems, and only to the extent necessary:
